Nespresso Product Launch Event

Nespresso approached us to bring their collaboration with Sarah’s Bag to life through a thoughtfully curated showcase event. The goal: introduce the limited-edition bag to the Dubai market in a way that captured the essence of its design — sustainability, women empowerment, and craftsmanship — while creating a platform for storytelling and brand connection with key stakeholders, media, and customers.

We designed and delivered a two-part immersive event experience at Jaipur Rugs, Al Quoz. From spatial flow and furniture to custom product displays and projection storytelling, every touchpoint was curated to highlight the journey from coffee capsule to couture bag.

Key features included the Sarah’s Journey gallery, a sustainability zone, coffee bar, and bespoke discovery areas layered with foliage, textured materials, and curated visuals. Guests explored the collection through intimate walk-throughs, engaged with Sarah in live Q&As, and enjoyed a signature coffee and mocktail menu, all designed to reflect the refined aesthetic of both brands.

Over 250 guests attended across two sessions, including Nespresso VIPs, regional distributors, media, and high-value clients. The event successfully elevated the collaboration, offering a tactile brand experience that balanced design, storytelling, and sustainability. The activation strengthened brand perception and deepened engagement across Nespresso’s regional and global audience.
