Deliveroo approached us looking to create an awards experience that celebrated their top restaurant partners across the UAE. One that recognised excellence, reinforced Deliveroo’s fun branding and position in the industry, and brought together the F&B community in a way that felt fresh, fun, and far from traditional.
We brought Roo-street to life — a fully branded, immersive concept that turned the venue into a Deliveroo-inspired streetscape. The space was transformed with full interior hoarding, a custom subway station photo moment, and bold backdrops.
The stage was used for high-impact award reveals, with a Deliveroo rider delivering each winner's envelope for a playful twist on tradition. Entertainment included a one-man band, Bader as the MC, and a claw machine experience, adding moments of unexpected joy throughout the night. From arrival to afterparty, the flow was designed to feel effortless, energetic, and uniquely Deliveroo.
The event brought together over 300 guests from across the F&B industry, delivering a seamless and well-received experience from start to finish. Feedback from the client and attendees was overwhelmingly positive, with many noting it as the most memorable edition of the awards to date. Following the success of this project, we’ve continued our partnership with Deliveroo across new initiatives, including their collaboration with Humantra.
